He done almost 12 degrees LLB, LLM (Constitutional & Administrative Law), NET in Law, P.G. Diploma in Cybre Law & I.T, MBA (HR), MBL.. (Corporate Laws), M.A. ( Political science, Public Administration , Philosophy), B.Ed, PG Diploma in Intellectual & Industrial Property Laws , PG Diploma in Digital & Cyber Forensics . He enrolled as an Advocate on 07\/07\/2003 at Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and Joined the legal practice at District and Sessions Court, Labour and Industrial Court, Chandrapur, Maharashtra . Passed MPSC Examination and Joined State Judicial Service as Civil Judge (JD) and Judicial Magistrate First Class on 28th May 2006 & got promoted as Senior Civil Judge in 2016. Before joining judicial service he was lecturer to Law students and MBA . He was regular visiting faculty to the Judicial Officers\u2019 Training Institute (JOTI) Nagpur for 4 year He has Voluntarily Resigned from Judicial Service w.e.f 31st July 2017 and has started independent legal practice before the High Court bench at Nagpur in Civil, Criminal and Constitutional side. Experience in handling serious Criminal Trials, Complex issues of Civil, Commercial and Corporate cases etc. He is Panel Advocate for Life Insurance Corporation (LIC). Legal advisor to some reputed Organizations. He works as a Trained Mediator . He is a Resource person for Training Institute Of Assistant Public Prosecutors of Maharashtra. Imparted Special Training to the Prosecutors & Competent Authorities Under the PCPNDT Act He was invited as a speaker in Cyber Conclave 2017, on the Panel headed by Union Law & Justice, IT & Electronics Department. Regular visiting faculty to Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Intellectual Property Management, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.
