Shubhangi has extensive experience in the insurance space and has advised Reinsurers, Insurers, and Insurance Intermediaries on various corporate and regulatory matters, including, fund raises, structuring of shareholding and businesses, establishing a presence in India, acquiring a license from the insurance regulator and other on-going regulatory issues.
